Don't fuck with Neteller
With this party rakeback talk going on, I've been investigating my options for a new neteller account.
Today, I sent them the following email: -----Original Message----- From: [mailtoshabi@adelphia.net] Sent: Tuesday, October 11, 2005 7:09 AM To: Subject: Creating an account Hello, My name is {pshabi} and I have had a neteller account for sometime. The basic use for the account is to fund an online poker site that I enjoy playing on. However, my wife has begun playing poker as well and we have some trouble funding her account. The poker client will not allow the same neteller account to fund two different poker accounts. Also, my wife and I like to keep these finances seperate. My question is, would it be possible to set up a neteller account in my wife's name that is linked to the same checking account I use for neteller? Of course, we would be able to provide any documentation or identification items you need. Please advise on this matter. Sincerely, {pshabi} ****** So, maybe not completely honest, but I was just asking right. So I get this in return: Dear Mr. {pshabi}, Please contact us on our Security line at #1-888-258-5859 and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please choose option #0 then option #2 from the phone menu to be connected directly to an agent. The following Countries can dial Toll Free +800-7767-6343:. CLOSED! Holy shit, my balls were in my throat. I called them and they said, "we just wanted to make sure you were the only person using the account." They closed my shit down because I asked a question! Anyway, I explained myself and my account was immediately restored, but definitely not worth the strizess. Phew, don't fuck with these people.

I asked the same thing (I really was trying to set my wife up with an accoount, but whatever). They didn't close me down though. I think I might have called them to start with though.
Just go to a local credit union and get a free savings/checking account and use that to fund the 2nd account.

Yeah, that's what I'll do.
BTW, I was setting one up for my wife too. Her name, her email, our checking account.

Told ya man, theyre pretty strict. Ive had my account locked for signing in from the university campus on my laptop. Apparently they thought I was signing in from the states ( The U is right on the river down here ). Had to call them and they fixed it right away.
I guess id rather have them be nazis with my money than be carefree though.
