Default 25NL vs. 50NL vs. 100NL vs. 200NL

Can anyone give me any insight into how much play improves as you progress through these levels on Party. I can beat the 25's pretty well but I'm curious as to how much better the play is at higher levels. Info on both full ring and 6-max would be great.

I've played on all those tables.

The play at the 25 is pretty horrific, it's quite a money maker if you know what you're doing. At 50, the play does improve, but not by a substantial amount.

At 100/200, I would say there is a marked increase in the quality of players. But that's just my perspective.

I've had trouble moving up past 100, but my issue is conditioning myself to a couple of buy-in loss without tilting. To combat that, I won't move up until I have 30x the buy-in for that table. In the past, I've moved up at 15x and got crushed.

I think the most difficult part of moving up is accepting the losses that you will take. When you do lose it is likely to be more than you ever have before and it is tough to accept. However the wins will hopefully at least even it out for a while.

I play 25 and 50 all the time, at Starts tho not party. I play the 6 max tables and just being plain selectively aggressive pretty much guarentees a winning session. You don't have to do anything spectacular at all, just bet ur big hands somewhat big and you'll probably still get alot of callers. Both are darn easy to make money at.

I have played all these and I don't find much of a difference, on average, between 25/50. You will still find people who buy in for 20-25 and are just as bad as the 25NL guys. At 100 I think you run into guys like yourself who are good enough to beat the 25/50 so it wont be as easy to win money, but again there will be people who dont belong there. 200 is a little better than 100 in my mind. 400 is a level that the complete amateurs dont have the bankroll to reach because the min buyin is like 160 or something so that is out of their reach. After 400 I dont know... Thats my 2 cents.

Thanks for all of the responses. I suppose it's time to move on up my bankrolls 3.5K and I'm still playing the 25 fulls, 140 buy ins lol. I think I'll try 4-tables of 25 6-max while I clear MultiPoker, and after that move up to the 50 full's.

lol wow, if i had 3.5k i would not be sitting anywhere close to the $25 tables. LOL, i dn how u people can play such low limits with high amounts of money, It's probably a good thing that you can, but dont you wonder how much more you could be making at higher limits ?
