I count 3 10s in his hand....
Gotta think he's got the full house here.
You have the odds to call looking for the full house (higher)
Pot is laying about 7.5-1
you've got about 3.5-1 chance of hitting your full house (only 1 dead card)
Jack not included as an out since we saw it burn on the deal.

Unless you were 100% sure he would have the 10, I would call here.
In which case you can dump on the river, although it would again probably be worth calling down anyways.

As far as the read goes, there is actually a pretty good chance he has a 10 in the hole. His holecards are almost certainly one of the following:

(10) (x) 10
(K) (K) 10
(A) (A) 10
(Q) (Q) 10
or a lot more unlikely (8) (9) 10

One of the kings is out, too, decreasing the likelyhood of K K 10 a bit. He has made a full house at this point, and chipfish, dont forget, even if he has 10s full, there is also a chance that he might make the higher one on the river, which would cost me probably another cap, and Im broke.

I guess I got a bit dejected because this stuff had been happening to me all night long...start with QQ10, catch a 10, and his board would run K6KK
