I hope you were able to limp into that pot. And if he had JJ, I'm gonna guess he raised PF. Did you call a PFR w/ T8s?

I cold-called $4 preflop (blinds $0.50/$1). Both the SB and BB called too, funnily enough :-)
Loose, yes, but I loved my opponent. He was always aggro on the first two streets, but became tight-weak when anyone showed any aggression on the later streets. The blinds both checked on the flop, my opponent bet $5, I min-raised and the blinds folded. He checked the turn, I bet $15 and he called. He checked the river fairly quickly and I jammed instantly. My bet on the turn was intended as a set-up for a later bluff rather than a semi-bluff. I bet only $15 to leave me with enough for a pot-sized push on the river. I didn't want to bet $50 at a $100 pot. I just thought it made a damn cool screenshot. Last edited by sjay2k; 07-31-05 at 02:19 AM. |

My notes about you would immediatly say "check-raise this guy for all his chips"
I am more of an Omaha8 player these days, but isn't a play like this a recipe for disaster?
