The support people were absolutely retarded, not helpful at all and they want me to send then a photo id and a picture of my credit card because i mistyped my name!

I was about to say I find this very odd (them not wanting your money), but I guess not... the name you typed doesn't match the credit card, so a red flag goes up that it might be stolen.

Maybe you should learn how to type your name.

never heard of a typo? i tried for like 20 minutes with the live support, i asked them to change it, then he said ok and told me to go to some website that was kind of like firepay and had nothing to do with the account name, then he told me he couldnt do nething and to e-mail them so i did, then he told me i needed to show them photo id and stuff? to complicated for me and the guy was a moron so ill jsut deposit 50 on stars.
