Can this be done?
Ethics aside, I have to buy a new hard drive for my laptop as the old one is completely fried, I know a little bit about these things and trust me, it's FUBAR. I am also bust in my poker accounts and am going to re-deposit soon.
Can I, with a clean computer, make new accounts everywhere and go through TP's entire bonus list from the start as a "new" player? If so what would I need to do it, I am guessing since I will have a clean computer I will just need a new e-mail address and a new physical address, anything else? Will they bust me with my IP address? What if I put it in my wife's name and use a new unused credit care with her name on it, or a new bank account for IGM? Geoff, I think you probably have some advice here. There has to be potential pitfalls and I want to make sure I have it all covered before I try it and get funds confiscated or accounts closed during the process. Penguinfan

Ethics aside, I believe you could indeed do that. It will work for most of the sites out there, but the IP address might be a problem for you at a few, like you suggested. If you use your wife's name though (and don't create another account for yourself), I'm guessing you'll be ok. Worst case is you would get a phone call and need to explain to them that it really is a different person using the account. If you're willing to do that, there's no need to use a different physical address - since presumably you and your wife live under the same roof.
I can't give you exact info here... just speculation. I imagine it varies from site to site. I know some of them take having multiple accounts quite seriously though. |

On the same note, I am moving soon, and will be switching (probably) from Verizon DSL, to comcast high speed. Will this give me a new IP, and can I then sign up for the same sites again??????

I don't see why not, but that's what I am trying to find out as well, just to be sure.

I can tell you this...
Using TP's links, you won't be able to do it. Can't really essplain it, you just can't (and won't) be able to do it. Now, if you want to use MY affiliate links it can be done. Let me know.

I'm being facetious. TP's links should most likely work. I would just be careful ... getting a deposit bonus is one thing, but if a site found out you somehow had more than one account, they could close the account(s), sieze your money, and ban you forever. LOL. Sounds a little crazy, but I've heard it done before - especially with some of the posters at RGP.
