too late... sorry I wasn't quick enough for you guys
only 711 players which means they need 1289 re-buys to cover (which they won't get I don't think). Wish me luck |

Just for kicks I'll keep those who want to be updated:
I nearly doubled up and am at T5455 now with Q-Q vs. his A-10o/s. He raised pre-flop and I re-raised.... he pushed all-in and I called. No Ace and I doubled up. Very early but I'm bored. |

Getting no playable hands... after add-on I am at 6120 which only leaves me at 277 out of 550....
I hate waiting. |

Crippled
Ad-10d loses to 9s-6s down to T1100
However All-in took blinds + antes and a double up with Qh-10H vs. Qs-9C gets me back up to about T3750 |

Haven't had many decent hands.... If I start catching some cards I have a shot. At least I have enough to steal blinds now. |

Ahhh, I forgot about the re-buys. What do they give you with those, another amount equal to your starting chips?

nicely done. $250 profit is nothing to fret over. I gotta try that rebuy tourney one day. Sticking to the low $5 freezeouts for me.

Good job Chipfish!
So in a tourney with rebuys/add-ons is it expected you'll rebuy once immediately and then add-on at the end of the re-buy period? So the real entry fee is "30+1" but wouldn't it be possible for someone who buys 2 times and adds on once to have more than someone who bought once and then added on once, leading to some sort of unfairness for the latter? note to admin, maybe add a "now playing" thread?? |

Yes. That is correct.
No. You can only re-buy when you have the starting amount or less.... In PokerStars Case, 1500chips. Therefore if you have 1501 chips you can't re-buy. The Add-on was for 2000 chips and occurs during the first break. That's a good idea. |
