most annoying worst beat ever for me

i got 18th or 19th on a new account on ftp in the 2.5k 6m.

It's day 2 and I've played 10+ hours of awesome poker, We both are at above avg stacks, with tons of play, BB's of 50+ for both of us, with 19 or so players left when this shit happens...

MP raised, I 3b with AK, he 4b, I shove, he calls and flips A7o. I'm excited thinking we were going to be flipping most likely, and Obv a 7 hits on the turn. If I won that I was in first place. Cashed for 12kish but 6th jumped to 72k and 1st was 475k.

Probably the beat that cost me the most $ in my life overall, and just the way it went down and the HORRIBLE play that somehow got there made it suck sooo much. Like If it was AQ vs AK and I lost, I'd forget about it in a second, but this was just soooo annoying and how I always run deep in big tournys. There was abosolutely no reason to be getting it in with A7o there, and ofc it beats my AK.
