Well...the OP basically explains everything, but just in case you're too lazy to read it...I'll try my best to explain it quickly.
The freeroll or better known as the TOC (tournament of champions) is ONLY for the 9 members who registered & received the highest points in the TalkingPoker Forum league event.
Stick around, read, post and enjoy ...till the next league event or any other event ...comes around. You might be one of those lucky members who makes it to the TOC next time.
