I am a complete fu**ing donkey
And I deserve every bad beat I have ever taken and then some. I am going to the doctor tomorrow to have myself checked for mild retardation.

Meh, not really. If anything, it surprises me, because I remember you as being very hard-headed, set in your way, unwilling to consider other views... that sort of thing.
And don't get me wrong, that is not a personal attack. I tell bdawg (good friend) that he is too much like that all the time. It's like, "Well, I know this isn't working, so rather than analyze my game and adapt to the ever-changing poker scene, I will continue to rinse and repeat and do it over and over and over again, and hope variance throws me a bone once in a while." Accepting your inner donk is a huge step in becoming a better player. So props to you. |

Not taken as a personal attack all, good advice actually.
It's easy to recognize your own stupidity when you suffer through 5 hours of a donkament to be the chipleader at the final table only to get it all in horribly behind the first two hands at said final table and bust out 9th. It almost takes a sort of "donkey gift" to be able to do that. I had that gift last night. To get $97 for the effort sucks when I had all but spent the $1200+ for first. Not much money to you guys, but still. I think it was wasting the 5 hours of at least above average play that pissed me off the most.
