I am interested in your line in this hand.

Have you been playing something like 75/55 at this table? What is your 3-betting range from the BB? I assume you are punishing the mini-raiser and caller?

The flop is perfect for you to CB on as it is the driest possible board for your hand. Once UTG flats, you can rule out all sets, but I am not sure I get the (effective) shove on the turn.

Or is this just one of those hands against someone who is so bad or so tilted that it is not worth over-analyzing?

People play really straightforward it seems so I would think that if they a set they would just reraise the flop. So, the only thing that made sense for me would be if they had some sort of straight draw, although I guess they could have TT34 or like 5432 but that's pretty rare and most don't even raise the 2nd hand.

And this is like the bottom of my 3betting range. Double suited jacks with a nut flush draw, I figure I can't be in terrible shape. IDK I'm a PLO though.

3betting range is probably good rundown hands and high pairs double suited. I don't 3bet AAxx badugi unless I can get 1/3 of my stack in pre.

I am a total PLO as well, so who knows. Like I said, I am with you until turn when I figure villain either has some random T5xx or other two pair or 34xx. But then again, if that is the range i am putting villain on, you have the equity against that range even if villain never folds, so wp.
