Default Thanks for railing...

So, I had a friend visiting here this weekend. He has poker experience but doesn't play tons or anything. I fired up my usual 6 tables of 6 max NL on Full Tilt and he railed for a while. In the short time I played, he was lucky enough to witness ALL of the following, coupled with exactly 0 suckouts by me, as you would expect. I did win one coinflip against a short stack, so I guess I should be happy.

AA ended up being my worst hand of the session, of course.

Anyway, I think it's safe to say he won't be playing online poker regularly anytime soon:

gross, but I think 77 hand is played pretty bad.

Yeah, not the best line... I three bet it preflop before noticing his stack. When he 4 bet me, I wasn't thrilled but decided to go with the hand hoping he had overcards. He only had $10 behind, so I decided to just call and put it in on any flop. Turns out I was right, but not the best preflop play for sure.

I'm not sure the 99 hand was played perfectly either, but I've been trying to be a little less aggressive sometime and allow my opponents to bluff more.

And that's something the bad beat moaners need to remember, you're not gonna get 'as lucky' as the chasers, because if you're playing right you won't have nearly as many chances to suckout.

Still, tough run.
