Thanks for railing...
So, I had a friend visiting here this weekend. He has poker experience but doesn't play tons or anything. I fired up my usual 6 tables of 6 max NL on Full Tilt and he railed for a while. In the short time I played, he was lucky enough to witness ALL of the following, coupled with exactly 0 suckouts by me, as you would expect. I did win one coinflip against a short stack, so I guess I should be happy.
AA ended up being my worst hand of the session, of course. Anyway, I think it's safe to say he won't be playing online poker regularly anytime soon: Full Tilt Cash game, $1/$2 No Limit, 5 players Hand History by SB: $74.80 BB: $110 HERO (UTG): $203 CO: $240.80 Button: $423.95 SB posts Small Blind $1 BB posts Big Blind $2 Pre-flop: A A ($3) HERO raises to $7 CO raises to $24 Button folds SB folds BB folds HERO raises to $74 CO raises to $240.8 and is all in HERO calls $129 and is all in Flop: 7 T J ($446.8) Turn: 7 T J 3 ($446.8) River: 7 T J 3 4 ($446.8) CO shows J J CO wins $406 with three of a kind Jacks Full Tilt Cash game, $1/$2 No Limit, 5 players Hand History by HERO (SB): $200 BB: $295.65 UTG: $315.90 CO: $44.65 Button: $504 HERO posts Small Blind $1 BB posts Big Blind $2 Pre-flop: A Q ($3) CO raises to $6 Button folds HERO raises to $22 BB folds CO raises to $44.6 and is all in HERO calls $22.6 Flop: 2 2 T ($91.2) Turn: 2 2 T 7 ($91.2) River: 2 2 T 7 9 ($91.2) CO shows A T CO wins $89.30 with two pair Tens and Twos Full Tilt Cash game, $1/$2 No Limit, 6 players Hand History by SB: $249.70 HERO (BB): $200 UTG: $197 MP: $96.20 CO: $138.30 Button: $22.80 SB posts Small Blind $1 HERO posts Big Blind $2 Pre-flop: K A ($3) UTG folds MP folds CO folds Button calls $2 SB folds HERO raises to $9 Button raises to $22.8 and is all in HERO calls $13.8 Flop: 4 8 4 ($46.6) Turn: 4 8 4 J ($46.6) River: 4 8 4 J Q ($46.6) Button shows Q T Button wins $44.30 with two pair Queens and Fours Full Tilt Cash game, $1/$2 No Limit, 6 players Hand History by SB: $277.65 BB: $260.90 UTG: $300.55 HERO (MP): $251.80 CO: $197 Button: $197.05 SB posts Small Blind $1 BB posts Big Blind $2 Pre-flop: 9 9 ($3) UTG folds HERO raises to $7 CO folds Button raises to $12 SB folds BB folds HERO calls $5 Flop: 2 6 8 ($27) HERO checks Button bets $12 HERO calls $12 Turn: 2 6 8 4 ($51) HERO checks Button checks River: 2 6 8 4 7 ($51) HERO checks Button bets $34 HERO calls $34 Button shows 5 K Button wins $116 with a straight Eight high Full Tilt Cash game, $1/$2 No Limit, 6 players Hand History by SB: $203.65 BB: $210.05 UTG: $173 MP: $185.40 CO: $85.70 HERO (Button): $240 SB posts Small Blind $1 BB posts Big Blind $2 Pre-flop: 7 7 ($3) UTG folds MP folds CO raises to $7 HERO raises to $24 SB folds BB folds CO raises to $75 HERO calls $51 Flop: 3 3 3 ($153) CO bets $10.7 and is all in HERO calls $10.7 Turn: 3 3 3 6 ($174.4) River: 3 3 3 6 A ($174.4) CO shows K A CO wins $171.40 with a full house Threes full of Aces Full Tilt Cash game, $1/$2 No Limit, 6 players Hand History by SB: $169.40 HERO (BB): $200 UTG: $202.65 MP: $219.15 CO: $174.75 Button: $173.40 SB posts Small Blind $1 HERO posts Big Blind $2 Pre-flop: A A ($3) UTG folds MP folds CO raises to $7 Button folds SB folds HERO raises to $24 CO calls $17 Flop: 3 7 T ($49) HERO bets $34 CO calls $34 Turn: 3 7 T 7 ($117) HERO bets $117 CO calls $116.7 and is all in River: 3 7 T 7 2 ($350.7) CO shows T T CO wins $347.50 with a full house Tens full of Sevens |

Yeah, not the best line... I three bet it preflop before noticing his stack. When he 4 bet me, I wasn't thrilled but decided to go with the hand hoping he had overcards. He only had $10 behind, so I decided to just call and put it in on any flop. Turns out I was right, but not the best preflop play for sure.
I'm not sure the 99 hand was played perfectly either, but I've been trying to be a little less aggressive sometime and allow my opponents to bluff more. |

And that's something the bad beat moaners need to remember, you're not gonna get 'as lucky' as the chasers, because if you're playing right you won't have nearly as many chances to suckout.
Still, tough run.
