Default some help with Full tilt

hey you full tilt veterans... I was in a hand, which I won, just as I was disconnected. It was a real sweet pot too - $313. When I got back on I saw that I had the money (yea), but the hand history for that hand was nowhere to be found...

As a result pokertrackers stats are now a little screwed. Any idea how to request the hand history? I've sent email to support and disconnections, but so far they are ignoring me...

Your only option is to email them. Expect one of the following:

-To be ignored
-To be given one of a number of nonsense excuses for why they can't send you the HH
-To actually get the HH, but probably only after a few back and forths emails from you

Different people have varying degrees of success with this. IMO, it is ridiculous that Full Tilt doesn't have an online utility for you to requet any HH (by number) that you want... or AT LEAST your Last "x" hands played or something like that.

so basically I'm screwed - I thought so, but I wanted to check.

I should be able to manufacture a file that will satisfy PT as far as getting by balance correct, but that sucks...

You forgot number 4. Actually get a HH file, but for some player by the name of "BlazNBluntz" that show EVERY players hole cards preflop. Oh yeah, and half of them are from play money tables.

That was fucking awesome.

Ah yes, the maintenance email. Always a fan favorite.

Reply and tell them you're going to go play at Stars until their "maintenance" has been completed, so be sure to let you know when it's done, so you'll know to come back.

I don't know how much you play at FT, but if you play as much as I do (which isn't TONS or anything, but I do get Iron Man every month), you'll have an apology and your HH within 24 hours. I say this becaue I've gone through this same loop with them 3 or 4 times now.

Of course... you need to actually not play in order for this to work. Don't bluff, because they just might call it.

I'm trying to clear the last of my bonus right now, so that won't work... I'm in for about 2500 hands this month so far - doing pretty well too, I'm up $1000 this month.
