Default Made correct call, but ...

Should I have.
Villian is very loose, like 80% VPIP
He has bluffed and shown the bluff on many occasions.
When he is strong he bets weak.
Weak he bets strong.
(Yes I know I could/should have raised preflop, but IMO it would not have mattered against THIS Villian)

You say raising preflop doesn't matter against this villain, but why? Surely you thought your AK was ahead of his 80% range of all possible hands, right? So why not raise and build the pot when you know you are ahead?

By not matter I mean he would have called anyways.
Yeah I see what you mean about not slowplaying my AKo vs this opponant.
I tend to mix my play up a lot with AK because you get weaker A's, like his in the pot with you.
The call on the river was a hard one, which I guess I made that situation happen.
Thx,
