Default april results

After not playing for a month april was my rebuild month.
I started with $300 and rebuilt it real easy up to hand 13k on the graph. Got confident, cashed out, ran horrrible, had to borrow $ from both TP and Mayhem at hand like 16k and then still ran bad and finally got back on track.

I mainly played 4 HU tbls of 1/2 and didn't do as well as I probably should have, at 10bb/100 I think if I did another 35k hands of 1/2 hu my winrate would def. be higher, I do feel like my HU game got better. I just started playing 6m again and had a good day so I'm gonna see where my winrates better. I only have 6k online now so I'm still gonna stick to 1/2 for awhile and then 2/4 soon enough I hope. I was actually really disciplined this month and played only 1k hands of 5/10 and won at it so i guess it works.

$175 / hour pretty good money for a college kid playing low limits, and next month should be better if I keep disciplined.

Nice month, JD. Great finish...

I didn't set goals this month (did anyone?), but I'll post my results. The mosth started off pretty badly for me, following in last month's worst-month-ever-by-a-lot footsteps. I got sick of playing 6 max (frustrated by beat after beat), so I decided to dabble in HU SNGs for a while. My results for them were... meh:

Let's see, I played a total of 89 of them for the month - 30 $88 turbos and 69 $100 ones. I ended up DOWN for the month in the Turbos (13-17). I know it's a small sample, but IMO, the additional luck factor in those does not make up for the fact that you can get in more of them per hour. That's why I switched over to the $100 ones, where I went 36-23. Much better. In the end and after the rake and everything, I netted like $500. They are a nice change of pace, I guess, but I'm honestly not sure that they are worth the time... maybe I just need to play at higher limits and see what kind of ROI I can generate. I wasn't really sure where to start, so I just jumped in at the $100 level.

Despite how poorly I was running for a lot of the month (especially in the beginning), I was also able to turn my cash game results around and ended up winning about $3k through 9000 hands of 6 max games. I donked off about $300 playing a few hundred hands of HU before finally getting too annoyed with that - but my RB for the month will cover that. I also lost about $1000 playing in some tourneys - mostly qualifiers and such, but I won about $3k at , Bodog.

So, let's see... in the end, I guess that's about $5k total before RB and bonii. I'm definitely not complaining.

Meh, I sucked at the cash games this month. I need to learn how to play poker again. Down 2 buyins at the $25NL tables. So no big deal compared to you high rollers, but my biggest loss so far to date. The turbo SNGs I played made up for that, up a net of $147 for the month. I may need to take a break from cash games and focus on tourneys and SNGs again.

+1500 for the month, a little less then 8000 hands at mostly 1/2NL. Was up over 2000 half way through the month then I didn't play much and when I did, I lost.
-250 about in live play, just a couple sessions of 1/2NL.

As another small timer I hit my $100 halfway through the month so I moved up in limits 25nl now and have stayed even since.

I have found the 25nl tables a little more diffacult so far get bluffed alot and no guts to call.

Took a month off in 25c 50c stud but will hit it again this month
