Aces, aces and more aces.
$500 NLHE tournament at the Atlantis the day after the MM tournament. I'm seated at a really aggro table. 3rd level 100/200, I have a bit less than the starting stack of 2500 and get A A UTG+1. I open raise to 600, everybody folds.
Very next hand, I get A A and think that at this table, nobody's going to let me get away with raising 2 hands in a row. I raise to 600, guy to my left calls, next player pushes all-in (has me covered by 150 or so), Folded to me, I call, caller folds. Guy who pushes shows K K Flop: 9 2 7 Turn: 5 (I say "uh-oh") River: 3
