stormswa had nothing to do with all that.

This is true. It was just an identification of the origin, and that it is you. The connection to the current you, can be edited out, unless people think it is critical.

EDIT: granted, the entire meaning derives from the context of the story, and would be lost without a connection to it's origin. I don't want it to become bio-like in any event.

That is the primary difficulty in defining the word without going into the history.

Additions (off the top of my head):
TP - Top PAir
TPTK - Top Pair Top Kicker
SB - Small Blind
BB - Big Blind
ptBB (Poker Tracker Big Blind (I think))
BVB - Blind vs. Blind
OTB - On the Button
CO - Cut Off
UTG - Under the Gun
CR - Check Raise
CRAI - Check raise all in
TID - Take it Down (missing the TID part in your doc)

I'm sure there is more. Hopefully other people will contribute.

It has to do with the way PT (used to?) calculate BB/100. I want to say it used to count this as BB = BIG BET (which is double BB = Big Blind), so people started using ptBB to differentiate.

I know melioris was solid on this and how it worked.
