I just processed my withdrawal request from Party. I can only help but think that Party has the foresight to know they are pulling out of the US market, because something like this is agreed upon in advance. That being said, I hope that the recent September reload wasn't a ploy to get people to deposit more money into the site knowing that a majority of the accounts will be frozen??

If in the event that these sites close down sometime this week, what kind of laws or regulations are set up to protect OUR money at their site?

And that's when my money goes back in.
