I make plays like this but I pick my spots very carefully. The thing is I have to have a pretty good read on the player and figure he would lay down a hand to me. I mean im not going to make this play against a weak player seeing as I would expect a call but against a strong player im commiting them to pot and hoping they dont hit something.

so lets put it this way.
