To say 1 or the other is more luck demonstrates a lack of understanding in either.

they are very different games. both have a luck factor.
both will have bad beats.
both will have suckout from people chasing draws.
but bad beats and suckouts should be the exception, not the norm in both.

personally I prefer no limit b/c I feel is allows for more creativity.
there's multiple ways to play a hand.

limit (for the most part) it's correct to bet & raise when the EV for you is + and check/fold when it's not.
if you can do the math, you're 1/2 way there to limit.

no limit gives more latitude in soft playing b/c that turn or river bet can be any amount, you don't have to worry about building a pot early.
