I'm glad you made this post, because I need to look into this soon too...

Aruba, for sure - satellites at UB only. Bahamas too (even better than Aruba) - sattys will be at Stars in another couple of months probably.

I may try for some EPT events (I don't think those packages include travel), and the Aussie Millions that bdawg went to last year sounds pretty sweet too... If I got there, I'm staying for at least an extra week.

I've got an email in to the poker room manager at Niagara Fallsview about sattys to the two WPT events there in October. I'm hoping I get a reply this week!

I highly recommend the Aussie trip if you can get it. I guess some sites might have full packages (trip and entry). The one i won on Stars was entry and a little spending money, but i did get a nice rate at the hotel for being in the tourney.

The city was great. Last year it was during the Australian Open - which was within walking distance from The Crown. That was really affordable as well (like $25 to get in all day). You are also within walking distance of the city (melbourne).
