Actually, I got started playing poker back in high school and I have been playing poker ever since. I think even more teens are playing now since poker has been getting more popular by being shown on TV.

My nephew is 16 and he plays poker every week with his buddies and sometimes comes and plays in my game, i feel that as long as these kids are gambling with thier own money and not losing too much and the game is not interfereing with their school work then let them play, they will be old enough to play legally in a couple of years anyways.......Some of them are very good and we could actually learn a thing or two from the younger generation

I used to play poker in 5th grade but we only betted pencils and school things like that. The teachers would try to stop us but we always keep playing. That seemed like such a long time ago and its funny how i didnt really know what i was doing. =P
