If you are trying to see if you can beat a game, to possibly make a move up permanently with only $400, you would not know if you were beating the game with $100 of it on the table. The sample size that you would need would be very unlikely to be reached with a $100 investment in 2/4 (unless you get really lucky at the beginning).

Even if you busted out (or won big), that wouldn't mean much about the level. In order to "beat a level" you have to be able to beat different combinations of players that play it, not only those at one table on one occasion.
