I had the same thing happen at Party to me and I had less than 1 dollar in there. I pulled out all my funds from everywhere before (sportsbooks and poker rooms) before my last trip to Atlantic City and when I got home the 20 dollar e-mail was waiting for me (about 10 days from taking out funds to getting the 20 deposit from them).
