Funny you should metion that. I've been playing these almost exclusively for a couple of weeks now, and I can not BELIEVE how bad the players are. It's amazing how different the game plays than 5/10 though, but I really think the players are worse. Well, the bad players are anyway. There are more sharks too...

It's a lot more aggressive. People bluff more. People call down more. Weaker hands win more.
Obviously those things all go together... |

I have dabbled in 10/20 short as well - the 'highs' are awesome - when cards are falling semi-normal, you win a ton (you dont even have to run 'hot'). But, when they are cold - or they are catching on you - the downswings can be very brutal. More so than the 5/10 swings.

Heh, one would think so - but there seems to be a slight exponential increase - maybe its just in my head because the dollar amounts are more though.
