But christ, Jackasss. Read and return? A book store is not a library. Always a class act, huh?

it was 20 bucks and i read it in 2 days and now i have no use for it. I checked the library and they didn't have it. I am well within the return policy parameters. After I read T.J;s no limit hold em tourney book i returned that too, hell that one was close to 40. I'm not rich i live in a trailer park for christ sake!

i try to screw over the big book stores any way possible. i used to work in a small bookstore, and we were forced out of business essentially by barnes and noble moving in next door. it completely killed us.
thus, i have no problems whatsoever with what jackass did. i usually go to the local borders (which isnt as bad as barnes and noble) and sit in the cafe and read any books or magazines that i am interested in. i take notes right there, and they could care less about it. |

It's not necessarily a new title, and I know there's some controversy about how accurate it is, but "The Professor, the Banker, and the Suicide King: Inside the Richest Poker Game of All Time," Michael Craig's account of the Andy Beal games is fascinating. I'm racing through it, and can't wait to finish it tonight.
or use TP's Amazon links. |
