Living in MD as well (no netteller), if you are going to be playing at Party even occasionally, you should set up the igmpay acct. Once its set up, its a piece of cake. Takes a few days to completely set it up/verify, but after that its smooth sailing. Definately worth it.

so I have to fill out all the info and fax them the application i suppose.

I never had to go thru an "application with fax" process...

how did you do it exactly because only way i see is filling out the application in the options section, I emailed them so we shall see.
