RD, this is actually the part of handicapping that I love. Iowa outplayed NI and the score jsut didn't reflect it. Two ill-timed turnovers cost Iowa points and NI was 41% on third down conversion, Iowa State couldn't pull that off against my local high school.
This line should be higher but bettors only remember getting killed betting on Iowa last week and jump on the points. If you look deeper into last weeks game it could have been the route it was supposed to be.
I'm not saying that can't happen again this week, I just think the spot we are in here is +EV for sure.
