That was one of the problems. Apparently, Full Tilt thought I was cheating and closed both accounts. My wife's account was closed as well. The issue was that they immediately assumed I was cheating because of the email from the wrong account as Pshabi so nobly pointed out
 . I have yet to see the money transfer and I still haven't heard from Full Tilt. |
