I havent read this, but Ive heard mixed reviews

From what I've heard the first book which deals with flop and preflop play is fairly basic, and the 2nd which deals with turn and river play is more interesting.

The main complaint I've heard is that it comes across too much as a 'game of cards played with people' type of analysis rather than a 'game of people played with cards' ones. In addition there were problems with some of the advice for meta game purposes (one example I remember hearing was Harrington generally liked to call with top pair rather than raise, but recommended raising with middle pair to represent top pair -- which is obviously an issue meta)

Ive also heard plenty of good things though, and I havent read it myself personally so Im not sure. I do know his tournament books were among the best
