I would recommend not playing at Rio unless you are playing WSOP. The place is like a circus and really poorly organized for side games. Also a lot of the dealers they hire there are pretty bad.
Wynn has uncapped games which is nice, but most of the time it's a bunch of nut peddling live pros that buy in for 1000bbs so games aren't great most of the time.
Bellagio is really nice as is the Venetian. That is where I would play.
If you are staying in a casino hotel, make sure to get the poker rate. As long as you are going to be playing, might as well save a few bucks.
