In all seriousness I can see how Adrian (friend from WSOP) plays exclusively HU SNGs online and has the online roll that he does

The variance can be annoying (not nearly as much as HU cash though), but I've found the play at anything under $200 to be horrific. At $200, you start to see some solid players mixed in with the idiots, but below that - and especially under $100, it's crazy.
I'm not sure what level you need to play at for it to be worthwhile though. Like (just making up numbers here), say you have a 10% ROI and play 10 $100 HU SNGs per hour... You'll be making $100 per hour. But how much could you be making in cash games instead? I haven't run the numbers on my own data, but it "feels" like cash games are a lot more profitable. |
