I use the same layout as I use for 6 max. I just don't care about the numbers as much, since HU is so much about the flow of the game and it's so much easier to pay attention to one opponent. From time to tim though, I'll glance at them - not for decision making, but more as a whole, as in, "Yeah, this guy really is as passive as I though."
