And FYI, I can still deposit there using my US issued Master Money Card. In case you all missed it, the DOJ will almost assuredly not have the regs in place for UIGEA enforcement by the 270 day deadline.

Its possible to use your winnings without them ever touching a US financial institution (e.g., your bank). No paper trail = reduced probability of IRS involvement.
