You cant do it through online banking. Print out the transfer details and bring them to the teller at your bank.
I havent deposited into Moneybookers, and probably never will though, so take that FWIW. The eft cashout to my bank account took 3 days though. You need to call and ask your bank for their SWIFT code to set that up though. All in all it appears everything besides neteller is a huge pain in the ass. I miss neteller so much  . Moneybookers is the best option of them all right now tho.
