Do you make a move??

I mean you sit down and get dealt absolute junk for the first 40 minutes at an online table. Hands that aren't worth a call, and the hands you try to limp with, there's a big raise. When do you make the big bluff and push all in?? Or is it best to just wait it out and let the blinds chew up your hand (which seems to happen to me an awful lot lately)

I've been thinking long and hard abou this one and nothing seems to be too clear!!!
