My toughest hand to understand Value

Limit or NL? What position?

Rare for me to say that something is too tight, but I can't see folding A/10 90% percent of the time. In late position, that's a raising hand to me. Obviously you have to let it go if the flop looks hostile or you run into real resistance, but that hand should make you money.
