Poker League (not the one on stars)

Well, I'm moving again. Going back to college in Idaho where gambling isn't allowed. A few weeks back I read an article about starting a poker league in poker player newsletter if I remember right. Basically many states do not allow gambling, therefore you start a league and get sponsors from bars and such to allow for a prize pool and if it goes well some of these leagues give out wsop entrants and such at their year end tournament. I was wondering if anyone was involved with something like this, and if so the paperwork I would need to fill out (other then corporate filings, thank god for accounting school), to limit liability and such.
