i think that stars will continue to gain market share solely based on their tourneys. most people who are brought into the game do so because they have seen so much tournament poker on tv, and that is the game that they feel the most comfortable playing.
their ring games will still lag behind party, but that will probably even out as more and more players come to play tourneys. the stars games are obviously tighter and have a better core of players right now, but that will change too. |
