cashout problem

hey guys...wondering if I can get some help here?

I have been trying to cashout from stars for quite sometime now through checks, which, unfortunately, takes 15 business days (, i know).

I just had my THIRD unsuccessful cashout with stars and am not sure what to do. The reason I use a check is because I have no other way of withdawing (won my money off freeroll, haven't deposited).

So, here are my 2 questions:

1) What should I do with the money assuming they put it back in my account? Switch sites?

2) How do I get more casout options? Do I have to deposit through whatever I want to withdraw from?
