Default Strategy Question: All Bounty Tournament

Most players will agree that different tournament formats require different strategies. i.e. deepstack / turbo / rebuy and so on.

For my home game league this year we have divised a number of special events, including an all bounty tournament.

Basically, you earn a buy-in for each person you knock out. The only bounty that is not collected (as a bounty) is the one on the winner (which will either go to the winner or the first person out, I'm not sure yet).

First off, I have never seen this format before. If anyone else has please let me know where to look.

Second, and this is the point of the post, how do you think you would approach this format. i.e. more or less agressive / loose / trappy than normal and so on?

If it matters for your ideas, we start with 10k in chips, blinds at 100/200. The levels are 20 minutes long and advance at a pace designed to end the tournament in 3 to 3.5 hours.
