Couple of questions ?

Actually guys I have a couple of questions, because I discovered that my poker game(NLHE) is severely flawed and I nearly know anything about winning poker.Here we go :

1-Books :
I read SuperSystem 2 and lots of other books chapters only.
What would you recommend that would take me on the right road ?

2-BR :
Acutally I bust out my 1st BR but I built it through a freeroll.So I am building a new one and managing it (more carefully) . What I have is between 100$-200$ for my BR.
I would like an advice on what type of game to play SNG or Cash ?
And required BR and starting limit.

I only played like 20k Hands of NLHE.

3-Pokertracker is good for SNGs ?

4-Stars or FTP (to start)?
