Okay, I posted that first post while just starting to watch it (had it on the PVR). I've finished watching the first episode now and, while I still think that the production is done very well, most of the hands they show were key hands. It seemed far more "rushed" than other shows. Which of course it is - 7 players down to 1 in the span of 44 minutes. Hell, even the WPT gets ~88 minutes to go from 6 players to 1.
I still think the concept is great though and will definitely keep watching! |
