You are probably sick of advice, but...
Might want to think of doing a 'hit and run' next time you get up early. Sometimes logging a decent winner can do wonders for confidence and your state of mind. If you really have the itch to play still - maybe do a semi-cheap tourney.
Even if its not a big win - its a win. |
