Three points:
1. Hopefully, this leads to a suspension of UIGEA enforcement while the govt studies the feasibility of regulating and taxing online poker and then the study falls into some black hole and takes years to complete. 2. Does anybody really believe that Barney Frank would give two hoots about this if tax revenues were not in the end game? 3. Finally, on a lighter note, I saw Barney on the news yesterday AM (on another topic), and it strikes me that he is on a one man crusade to dispel the stereotype of gay men being fastidious about their appearance.
