You could do 1000 hands in a week. I am off today and played over 600 not counting tournaments, though I have no idea how many were raked though, but I assume the majority of them.

It entirely depends on the limit. The Party/skin definition of a raked hand is ANY hand where a rake is taken. I'll probably whore the 10c/25c game b/c of my $120 roll, so I'll anticipate a good amount of hands not counting. :-/

If you play 25pl/nl the blinds are 10c/25c and they rake the pots at $2.00 so 75% of the hands would be raked and if you venture to the Omaha hi/lo 25pl games almost all the hands get raked.

OK then, 25PL holdem would be a good choice, low blinds, most hands get raked and at least in PL you don't have to commit your stack pre-flop with QQ when someone is all in ahead of you with AK only to see a flop of AK2.
From everything I have read your a pretty competent low level NL cash player so I don't think PL would require too much adjusting for you.
