I tried funding an account on PartyPoker with 3 credit cards which were all declined (due to US laws?). How are you guys funding your accounts and on which sites?

Neteller
Firepay Most credit cards do not allow you to deposit to poker (or any gambling) sites. Debit cards are not much better (although some are supposed to work, most don't). If you have a bank account and are not in Maryland (I think it is Maryland ![]() If you are in Maryland, Firepay is pretty similar (I hear at least, I use Neteller). There are other ways (look at PartyPokers list of deposit methods that can get money directly from your bank account/debit card and put it in your poker account. Even if it is just an imagined comfort, I personally like the buffer that Neteller provides between my bank info and the poker site.

Thanks. I know what you mean about the buffer. The 20% bonus for IGMPAY (direct deposit from your bank account) is tempting, but I think I'll try your suggestion.

BTW, it does take 5 days or so to get the Neteller thing set up. They have to send a couple of small deposits to your bank and then after they get there (3-4 days) you verify the amounts and then you are all set.
Then you will either have to wait another 3-4 days to get your first deposit to Neteller for free or pay the 8% to get it right away.

Ok, thanks for the heads up. Not a good option if you've "got the fever!" LOL
Sounds like the same procedure as setting up a Paypal Verified account. |

While I use Neteller as well, I used to use IGM Pay at Party. There's no reason you shouldn't use it.
