Don't run like me: Posting Exactly one hand...
I have been running really, really, REALLY badly for something like a month and a half now. I keep thinking it will turn around, because I believe in math, and it just has to... but hand after hand, game after game, day after day... whether I'm playing cash, tourneys, HU, whatever... it's just one thing after another.
I'm trying really hard to be honest with myself, and while I think it would be impossible for me to be playing my A game right now, I really don't think I'm playing any worse than B+ or so. I mean, seriously? Full Tilt Tournament game, buy-in $160 + 10 Heads Up Shootout (82354441), $30/$60 No Limit, 2 players Hand History by HERO (BB): T$2430 Button: T$3570 Button postsHERO posts Big Blind T$60 Pre-flop: J J (T$60) Button raises to T$375 HERO raises to T$1050 Button calls T$675 Flop: 9 4 J ($2100) HERO checks Button bets T$2520 and is all in HERO calls T$1380 and is all in Turn: 9 4 J 6 (T$6000) River: 9 4 J 6 8 (T$6000) Button shows 7 5 Button wins T$4860 with a straight Nine high |

I don't know - he has a lot of combinations of runners there... it almost HAS to be a favorite over whatever you're holding

I especially like that you hold the J which limits his outs even when the perfect card rank comes (6) and kills the backdoor on the flop FD as well

"behind door #3 is $10,000 in Sklanksy bucks!"
and I couldn't help but remember this , which I am trying my damnedest to remember when I am running good as well. |
