Default playing scared

O.K I've run into a pretty bad funk as of late and I feel like i'm playing scared and not making the desicions i would have when I was winning. So what do I do? How do I break this process.Im trying to play right but every desicion I have to sweat im doing wrong I think.Do I step away for a few days? If so sucks cause Im going after my iron man status but I guess that doesnt mean anything in the overall process.Someone please help!!!!!!

Are you playing MTTs and SNGs in the same set? Since the strategy can be so radically different, I can see it causing a brain cramp.

SNGs alone are scary streaky, and HU is no different. review your decisions and post some hands.

take a break i do tis about once every 2 months.

If u constantly multi u can get brain fried after a while. Go out and have some fun. It also could be u just going thru a downswing.

I'm currently in one, but as long as i get the money in good oh well

When a hand comes up and you find yourself questioning your play, click on "Last Hand" in the upper left corner. Highlight the text at the bottom (all of it), and then copy and paste it into Notepad or email or whatever you want. At the end of the session, go through those suspect hands and look them over again. Throw the most interesting ones into the converter (click on "HH Converter" above) one at a time and paste the output in a new thread in the Hand Analysis section.

Tada.

Alternatively, your hands should be being saved on your hard drive (if not, change the option so they are) and you should be inporting them into PT. You SHOULD be analyzing your play there on your own, so go through that and post some of those hands here too.

'Tilt should save HHs to a directory on your hard drive.

C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory
