Winning hand, but dc'ed on river

99.8 % sure I had this guy's hand beat.

I don't understand how some players get unlimited amount of disconnection added time and I just received the 60 secs. Anyone know the reasoning for this?
I have emailed PokerStars, asking them what they will do about this(already know the answer is nothing), I will paste their reply, once I've received it.
